Tuition All tuition is specifically targeted towards the group and indivduals needs to make sure that everyone can make the most of there lessons.

Introduction to mountain biking This course is aimed at those who are new to the sport of mountain biking. It is perfect for anyone that wants to get out in the forest and off the beaten track. Experiencing the sport a little more in the safe hands of a qualified and knowledgeable instructor. Along the way you will have the chance to pick up lots of tips and techniques to help you tackle obstacles in a safe and controlled manner. Hopefully providing you with the building blocks to continue improving and developing your riding technique and allowing you to progress and tackle more challenging trails.

Basic Skills Building Want to get more out of your mountain biking? Let us improve your riding skills and build your confidence. Learn about the correct riding position, braking, cornering, weight shifting, line choice, drops, small jumps and rough terrain. This course is ideally suited to those looking to learning the correct basic techniques to improve your all-round riding skills and in inspire you with the confidence to tackle new obstacles and more challenging trails.

Intermediate Skills Building For those with a reasonable level of skill and experience our instructors will help you improve your all round technique to ensure you are approaching everything correctly. Giving you the confidence to try the things you wouldn’t have considered riding before. Through out the sessions our instructors will be working on any weakness you may have and areas you wish to improve in. Providing you with the extra confidence to keep pushing your selves to ride everything you set your sights on. The course can cover any of the following; riding position, braking, cornering, weight shifting, line choice, drops, jumps and rough technical terrain, at what ever level you are riding at.

Additional Information All the above sessions are normally run as private sessions if you are booking individually or as a group, which will allow the instructors to build on areas you are specifically looking to work on. This will help you to gain as much as possible from a short period of time by working on the areas you want to work on. We therefore recommend you book, as much time as you can and as much as you think you need to ensure quick progression.
Equipment is available for hire at any level at additional cost. However we encourage you to bring your own bikes and equipment providing it is in a good working order and suitable for the type of riding you will be undertaking.
